Phoebe Robyne
friends
More than that, Phoebe needs allies. She needs people she can trust. Whether they know about her powers or not, they need to be able to support her. She is a little damaged from hearing the voices, so anyone willing to be patient with her becomes very important in her life. Also, anyone who would be willing to help her find the truth would be in this category.
Phee can be very gregarious and tends to form quick attachments to people. She's very quick to see the good things about a person. She's very patient with people. She is, however, very naïve. She's also sensitive about her problem. As a result, once she trusts somebody and they betray her trust, it's extremely difficult for them to get it back.
lovers
Despite being the angel of love, Anael never really had the chance to experience it. Her job was to make everyone else happy. Often, her own heart was broken when she would lose her lovers to their soulmates. Because of this, Phoebe doesn't really think much of love. With her condition and the danger she's being put under, she doesn't think it’s a possibility for her at all. She has a tendency towards short flings rather than actual relationships. That being said, Phoebe is never one to deny her feelings very long. So long as it stays simple, she will often let herself get attached to people.
enemies
People are slowly starting to find out about Phoebe. Anyone looking to use her would go in this category. Anael most likely had a few enemies herself who could take a shot at finding Phoebe. Phoebe's level-headed in her own hatred so when it came to someone who could seriously hurt her, she would know to stay away. However, sometimes she just can't help her smart mouth when she's angry.
Anael
Anael is the archangel of love, passion and sexuality. Since angels typically lack in emotion, she was never quite taken seriously. Her jurisdiction was mostly over human romance and emotion. Her factions mostly consisted of cupids and fewer angels than her brothers. Anael's job was to set up the couples on Earth, but more importantly she was in charge of ensuring that Heaven's heroes and legends would be born. Because of this, she was often filled with guilt over the tragic deaths of the many pairings she created. Emotional since her creation, the pressures put on her to provide and watch her work fall to pieces weighed on her and it is speculated that this is why she fell.
Anael was born Phoebe Robyne on Earth. Besides a short episode in her childhood, Phoebe didn't have any problems with being a fallen angel. It wasn't until she was in high school that she heard voices starting in her head, talking about a Dean Winchester and the apocalypse. Ever since they started, however, Phoebe has been denying them. No one knew she had any problems until she went away to university. She refuses to give into the voices or get help, so she deals with the massive migraines and headaches that come around every time the angels get rowdy. They're obvious, and her friends can tell that she has a problem.
Phoebe she'd have to deal with these voices for the rest of her life, thinking that that would be the end of it. Then, when she was out on a walk, a vampire found her and sucked her dry. She died for hours and the next morning, she woke up. Finally set straight, Phoebe's out looking for answers, though she still doesn't know she's a fallen angel.
