Background:
Olivia has already had quite a few major losses in her life. Right in the middle of her college years, her mother was killed by a demon, which was how she learned that her mother was a hunter. A few years later, her father remarried a woman named Chelsea Wilson, whose husband was a hunter and killed by a vampire. Olivia became very close with Chelsea Wilson's daughter, Nancy. A year after this, Olivia's boyfriend of three years, Jimmy proposed and they were married. Unfortunately, he ended up developing an obsession with supernatural creatures, particularly vampires, and he ended up being killed by one.
She might be a bit known throughout the hunting community because she makes it a point to open her home to hunters when they are in need of healing and will use her psychic power to heal them, if possible. If not, she will probably end up making them a nice, home cooked meal.
Friends:
I think pretty much everyone is capable of being friends with Olivia, besides the truly evil. She is extremely caring and opens her arms to pretty much anyone, unless they give her reason not to. She will probably count most people as her friends, even if they don't feel the same way about her. I can see her possibly getting on some people's nerves because of her happiness and positivity.
Enemies
It takes a lot for Olivia to count someone as an enemy, but demons will probably be mostly in this category. She doesn't hold grudges very well and often opts to forgive instead, unless the person or being harmed someone she cared about - then she might hold a grudge and do something about it.
Loves
Olivia might be a little closed off to this category for awhile, since she is still healing from her husband's death, even though it occurred a few years ago. I'm totally open to any ideas you have, though! I'd like to see her gradually get over Jimmy and fall for someone else.
