Alex wavered slightly, as the dizziness was starting to get to him. He held onto the wall as Zelda did her best to steady him, holding onto his arm. “If we’re going to go, can we go already? Alex needs to sit down at the very least,” snapped Zelda. Alex waved off her concern with a laugh. “Don’t worry, don’t worry, I’m fine. There’s no rush.”

Olivia was about to lead the way into the bar when she realized the gash above Dean’s eye. “If you like, I could heal that for you,” she said, pointing to the wound,”It’ll only take a moment.” She delicately tucked her dark hair behind her ears as she waited for his answer.

After a bit of fussing, Zelda led the way back into the bar with Alex in tow. Libby was the last one into the bar. She felt incredibly uncomfortable with this whole situation. Honestly, how could they be so forgiving about the whole thing? She had tried to kill one of their close family members and she had been (although without her own knowledge) been working with a demon. It baffled her. The Winchesters seemed to trust them, though. That was something, at least.

Olivia’s eyes brightened when she saw a familiar flash of red hair. “Nancy!” she called out, leading the way over to the girl’s table. Nancy choked into her beer, being caught a little off guard at hearing her older sister’s voice.

She looked up at the group, wide-eyed. “What are you doing here? And who are they?” Alex and Olivia sat on either side of Nancy.

“Oh, we just felt like coming out for a little celebration – nothing in particular, just celebrating in general. Yes, right, right, that’s Sam and Dean and…I’m sorry, I didn’t get your name?” said Alex, pausing when it came to Libby’s name.

“Libby,” she said, shortly as she slunk down into a chair, a little further away from where everyone was sitting. She really didn’t want to be there.

“And Libby. Now, where is a waiter? The craving for that steak is getting worse,” he said, tapping his hands on the table as he looked around.

Zelda pursed her lips, trying to keep the smile from spread across her face when she heard Dean’s comment. She failed, though. “Spot on,” she said, finally allowing her grin to spread across her face, glancing at him, before dropping down in the seat next to Alex, watching him carefully. He was perfectly fine, of course, he just needed to replenish the blood he had lost. She couldn’t help but feel somewhat guilty, though. “Alex, are you sure you’re feeling alright?” she asked, tilting her head to the side. Alex pulled his attention away from trying to find the waiter and looked at his sister. “I promise, Zelda, I’m just fine,” he said, lightly patting his sister on the hand,”I just need a little something to eat.”

The family had all caught the emphasis on the word “hell” and they exchanged a confused look before Alex spoke up. “Well, yes, I suppose it was a bit toasty outside today,” he said, not quite sure what Dean was trying to do. He brightened when the waiter showed up. “Aha! The man of the hour. Yes, I would like a nice, tall glass of iced tea and the steak dish. Medium rare – I mean, medium well,” he said, after receiving a light nudge from Zelda. The waiter went around the booth, taking everyone’s order. “An iced tea, thank you.” “Pink lemonade, please.” “The artichoke dip and chips – and possibly another glass of beer.” “Um…just water, I’m fine.” Nancy, who was the only one who didn’t know why Libby was acting the way she was, shot a confused look at the girl. “Oh, c’mon, don’t be a party pooper. How about an iced tea and the molten brownie? We’ll share,” she said with a nod, ordering for the girl that she didn’t even know.

After taking a sip from her beer, Nancy then turned to the two men that she didn't really know, save for their names. "So...how do you guys know everybody?"

Nancy didn’t exactly think over Dean’s story too much. There were a few red flags; in hindsight, the FBI story was a little hard to believe, just because of the way the men acted and the way they were dressed. Her eyes widened and she glanced between her three older family members in shock. “What the hell?” she asked, looking between all of them,”Why wouldn’t you tell me something like that?”

Alex and Olivia exchanged a look of confusion, while Zelda rolled her eyes. She moved forward, leaning closer to Dean, who was right across from her. “Believe me, Dean, you don’t need to make up stories. She knows,” she said, leaning back just in time for the waiter to arrive with all of their orders. A smile broke out across Alex’s face as the steak was set in front of him. “Oh, that does look good! For, you know, medical reasons,” he said with a chuckle before digging into his meal, possibly an attempt to lighten up the mood.

“Nancy, calm down, calm down,” said Olivia, resting a hand on her sister’s arm when she noticed her getting riled up again,”That’s not what happened, I promise.”

Nancy narrowed her eyes when Sam confirmed that they were not FBI agents. The fact that they were lying about who they were just made her suspicious of them both – and by association, the girl sitting beside them. “Well? Does anyone want to enlighten me a little bit?” she asked, looking around at the group.

Alex looked up and wiped his mouth with his napkin. “Well, for me, I met these gentlemen when they helped me out of a tight little bind, which included a vampire and a tranquilizer dart – lucky thing I had that on me at the time,” he said with a nod. He still felt a bit bad that vampire had to die…but on the other hand, it had attacked him, so it was probably for the best.

Zelda felt the need to be careful with her part of the story. Nancy had a particular disliking for hunters – simply because so many of her family members were those that were hunted. “Their father once worked with ours and…that’s how I met them,” she said, with a light shrug before taking a sip of her tea.

“And I just met them. Ran into them on my way to go meet Alex and Zelda,” she said, skimming over the fact that she’d had to heal Alex from a lethal bullet wound. They could divulge the truth to Nancy once they were home and she would be free to yell all she wanted…although, Olivia was still somewhat in the dark about what had happened before all that.

Nancy gave an involuntary shiver at the mention of a vampire. She had been kidnapped by a group of them as collateral for her father – who they soon killed. Needless to say, she had a bit of a disliking for the species now. “If that’s it then why did you lie?” she asked, quirking an eyebrow towards the brothers.

Nancy calmed slightly when Sam spoke up for his brother. The calm feeling didn’t last long, though. When she heard that one word that always set her on edge: hunter. In some cases, she really didn’t think hunters were that bad – like when they went after vampires or demons or something really evil like that. When it came to her family, though, she hated hunters. In her mind, they all had the mindset of if someone was classified as a “monster,” then they needed to die. “Hunters? You’re hunters?” she asked, wide-eyed.

“Nancy, calm down –”

“Don’t tell me to calm down! What the hell are you doing hanging out with hunters?” snapped Nancy. Thankfully, the bar was still relatively busy, so their conversation was not in danger of being overheard. She shoved her plate away and started to stand up when Olivia wrapped her arms around her and pulled her back down. “Why the hell do you have to be so strong?” she asked, annoyed at Olivia’s strength.

Alex rested his silverware on his plate. “Nancy, be reasonable. If they really would have planned on killing Zelda or anyone else connected with her, do you think she would be sitting here?” he asked, calmly as he leaned in closer to her.

Nancy turned on the Winchesters. “So what’re you doing? Just biding your time until you decide to attack?”

Nancy glared at the Winchesters from under furrowed eyebrows. She obviously was not satisfied with their answer. “Yeah, right. What are a couple of hunters doing hanging around a werewolf anyway?” she asked, suspiciously. Needless to say Nancy didn’t trust the two brothers. She found it highly suspicious that there were two hunters hanging around a werewolf that happened to be related to several other werewolves.

After Olivia had been restraining Nancy for a moment to keep her from either storming out or doing something to the men across the table, she glanced at the Winchesters with her usual, piercing gaze. She did spent time with hunters occasionally because she was happy to offer her healing to them when they had been injured on the job. However, she’d never heard of a hunter that would willingly spend time with someone they knew was not human. “Why are you spending time around her then?” she asked, casting a brief glance in Zelda’s direction.

There was a slight red color in Zelda's face. This whole conversation was causing her embarrassment on more than one level, but she knew her family well enough to know that they wouldn't drop the subject - particularly Nancy. Alex cast a side glance at his sister and upon seeing the redness in her face, he cleared his throat. "Ahm...perhaps a change of topic is in order?"
