The girl had been following Zelda – she was sure of it. She was usually a very paranoid person, but she just knew that that was not the case this time. The dark haired girl had followed her from the library, to the book store, to the café, and now she was following her while Zelda was walking to her car. No, this time, it most certainly was not Zelda’s paranoia. Thinking quickly, she slipped into a bar on her way to her car. She couldn’t help but be reminded of the time the hunter followed her to her car after her shift at the library was over. It was exactly the same feeling. She slipped into the ladies’ bathroom and immediately called her brother. “Alex! Alex, please come to the bar on main street. I – I think I’m being followed,” she said, allowing her weakness to show through.
Alex stared down at his phone after hanging up, thinking about what to do. He doubted that it was just anybody that was following Zelda around. His thoughts obviously jumped straight to hunters – either that or the shapeshifter group that seemed to be after the Garrett family because of their search for a lycanthropy cure. He wasn’t quite sure which scared him more. What he did know, though, was that he needed to get to Zelda as soon as possible. But surely not by himself – who could he call? The Winchesters came to mind. It unnerved him that they were hunters and he didn’t know if they knew about Zelda’s lycanthropy, but… Dean had mentioned that she had been quite a lot of help to the two of them…perhaps they would be of assistance. So he called the number that Dean had given him on his way to the bar.
Libby was feeling particularly proud of herself in this instance. She was a fairly new hunter and she knew for a fact that Dean and Sam didn’t have much faith in her, but she had actually tracked down a werewolf all by herself. She pulled out her gun, hiding it by her leg as she followed the werewolf to the ladies’ bathroom. Zelda burst out of the bathroom, having caught the other girl’s scent before experiencing a bit of relief at the sight of her brother. “Alex, run!” she said, grabbing his hand and pulling him through the door that led to the alley.
Libby promptly followed them and chased them both into a corner. “Alright, that’s it. Nobody move!” she said, holding her gun up.
