-- IN CHARACTER --
Name:
Katerina Morgan
Age:
26
Group:
Hunter
Appearance:
Kat is 5'2 and weighs 125 lbs. She has long brown hair and hazel eyes.
Kat's cothing style is casual and comfortable. Kat ca be seen wearing anything from tank tops, jeans and boots to t-shirts, sweatpants and sneakers. On occasion, she will wear something more dressier like a dress and heels.
Kat has a small black tattoo on her lower back; it is a protective plated pentagram with rays of the sun surrounding it. The symbol is said to ward off demonic possession. (its similar to the one Sam & Dean have on their chests)
Personality:
Kat is kind of a smart smart-aleck similar to Dean in temperament. She is sarcastic a lot of the time. She is also smart and resourceful and can hold her own during a demon hunt/fight. She also has a softer side that comes out sometimes or when she talks about her family particularly her father who was killed while on a hunt.
Kat is independent and doesn't like anyone telling her what to do. She will rebel. Conflicts with people close to her have occurred (like her mother and other hunters) because of this. She has her heart and mind set on being a hunter and people like her mother are against it. To Kat, it make her feel like they are treating her like a child and that she can't do the job.
Kat doesn't realize that it is because they care about her and don't want her to get hurt. Or she may realizes it but her desire to do the job is too strong not to pursue it.
History:
Kat's childhood was pretty pleasant. They had a hectic household, but a loving one and Kat never wanted or needed anything. Growing up with two older brothers gave her a thick skin and she learned quickly to stick up for herself. When her younger sister came along she was thrilled to have another girl in the mix. She looked out for her younger sister as they got older, teaching her how to put on make-up and talking to her about boys – things you just need a sister for. As Daniel and James began spending more time on their own, Kat and Kristina grew closer.
In high school, Kat was a good student, the type who aced every test without having to study. She was always involved in several extra-curricular activities, but cheerleading took up most of her time. She was athletic and limber from gymnastics training and dance classes she’d taken as a little girl. She was also a staff member on the school paper. She had a lot of friends, went to a lot of parties, and dated quite a bit. She graduated high school with honors and went on to attend the Art Institute of New York City with a focus on fashion merchandising.
College was a bit of an adjustment for Kat. She was no longer in the popular crowd, and her outgoing, ambitious personality earned her more enemies than friends at first. The first year was rough and she focused on her studies more than her social life. This earned her a reputation with the faculty for being a bright student. That gave her the confidence she needed to get back out there and make new friends. By the time she graduated, she’d racked up a list of friends, acquaintances and boyfriends. An internship at a fashion magazine led to a job opportunity, which turned out to be grueling and horrible but looked good on a resume. All in all, her life seemed to be shaping up pretty well.
A few months ago, Kat was visiting with Daniel and James when a horrifying event occurred that would change the course of all their lives. They were attacked by what looked to Kat like a big dog. It mauled Daniel and devoured his heart before she could even process what was happening. It wasn’t until it went after James that she could even try to do anything. An avid animal lover, Kat had never had the desire to harm a dog, but when the thing had just killed her brother, instinct kicked in and she kicked and grabbed at it. However, nothing seemed to slow the creature down until James stabbed it with a silver blade. The event left Kat confused and upset. After James explained what they’d just encountered and what he and Daniel had been doing on their “road trips” for the last few years, she was hurt and angry that they’d kept something like that a secret.
So, she insisted on getting in on the action with James, not wanting to be kept in the dark any longer. Now she travels with James while he teaches her the ropes.

With her eyelinered hazel eyes, she stared out the window, her black fingerless gloved hand gripping tightly onto a silver gun. The night was silent but She knew there was something out there. Something that didn’t belong. She ran her fingers through her straight, long brown hair that was loose around her shoulders. Kat then heard a soft rumble coming from a distance. She looked closely out the window and saw it, the thing she’s been waiting for. Kiley rose to her black booted feet and and hid the gun in her the back of her tight black jeans and covered it with her jacket.
It was time. She walked out of her hotel room and headed to the bottom floor by the elevator. Kat took a deep breath before walking out and standing in the center of the road. “Alright,” She murmured to herself, scanning around the road, “Come on out.” She said this as softly as she could and just like that, this black-eyed demon lunged out at her. She fell to the ground and the demon’s hot breath was on her neck as it whispered, “Nice to see you again, beautiful.” She growled and jabbed it with her elbow and kicked him off. She jumped to her feet and pulled out the gun.
The black demon snarled and clenched its fist and Kat gasped, feeling the presser on her neck and her feet were hovering above the ground. She grabbed her neck but kept the gun in her hand, breathing harshly. “Shhh, now, beautiful. No need to fight.” He cooed mockingly as he smirked and traced his finger on her jaw. Kat growled and glared, “Get your hands off me.” She looked at him and he laughed, “What are you gonna do? Shoot me?” He asked, the gun flying out of her hand and into his cold, pale one. She growled and tried to move but her muscles were locked into place. His eyes looked her over as he traced the gun alone her jaw, which made her tense up.
“There’s no point of keeping you alive, darling. I might as well-.” He started but, somehow, she managed to loosen the tension in her leg and he kicked him right in the gut. He cried out and flew back, the gun flying out of his large hand. She caught it in midair and aimed it towered him. “See you later, freak.” She whispered and a silver bullet shot out. The demon screamed and howled in pain but, slowly faded to dust. She sighed, quickly tucking the gun away and walking back into the hotel.
When the cops arrived, she just watched from the window. “This war will never be over” Kat mumbled to herself, shaking her head before taking off her hoody and lying down in her bed, drifting into a dreamless sleep.
