The day started like any other for Ali, she woke up got dressed and headed to work opening up the diner she now owned. Her morning had always been the same start the pies make sure everything was stocked then have a meeting with her employees. She was out after the lunch time rush and headed to do some errands before sting lunch in the park and reading the newspaper. She read something about bodies having gone missing and headed for the library to see what she could dig up in the archives to see if it had happened before. Since she was attacked a few months ago by something she couldn't exactly discuss with the cops she has been on a path to find out all she can about the things no one wants to know are real. Ali has been known to be stubborn once she sets her mind to something, which tends to get her into trouble lately. Nine o'clock was the time when Ali glanced up at the clock, she shook her head and realized that she had been there for five hours straight. She had a massive load of papers printed out and quite a few books that she was taking home. Ali left the library ad headed to her car, she started off to head home but noticed that there was an accident so she took another way which happened to be the longer way.
Ali had the music so loud that she didn't hear her phone beep letting her know she had a message from her sister. She smiled and shook her head, she pulled over and replied back saying she would be home soon but that her phone was dying. She put her phone on the front seat when she finished and started down the road again. Ali drove for a few more blocks when her car started to slow down and then just died. "Crap what the hell." The gas light was blinking and she frowned and picked up her phone only to notice that it was officially dead. "Great just great." The road was completely dark and kind of scary to Ali so when she saw the cemetery she sighed and climbed out of the car grabbing her purse and bag from the back seat which had all of her papers and books in it. Ali locked her doors and opened her funk to grab the flashlight that she stored there for nights like tonight. Ali looked around one last time before slowly heading inside the dark cemetery, she switched the flashlight on and took a few steps before looking around again.
