The awkwardness that Zelda felt being around Jove had finally subsided to at least a bearable and she was able to return to her work without feeling too uncomfortable. However, there was something new in her life that brought an uneasiness to her mind. Jove had a new employee. He really tended to keep to himself, so Zelda didn’t know too much about him. There wasn’t all that much to be done in the library, though, so why would Jove need someone else to work there? It was evident that Zelda was a little paranoid about the whole thing. She had become worried that perhaps Jove was easing her out of the library. But…perhaps it was for the best. After what had happened between them…perhaps it was for the best.
Zelda was sitting at the main desk, pouring over a book. Jove’s library really wasn’t visited too much by the general public because the books it had were so obscure that there weren’t many people that could actually read them. He had a minimal English section, which was where Zelda got the majority of the books she read while at the library. She sighed as she glanced down at the book, barely reading the words before she turned the page.
