Elizabeth was in a police station where they arrested her for murder of a young man she swear it was a vampire but she couldn't just tell the cops that. She was allowed one phone call and she knew who to call the Winchester's she first tried Dean's cell but no answer. She was allowed two try again but when she tried Sam's cell he didn't answer. She then left a message tell Sam she was in a small town and gave the name and told them what had happen and asked for them to came and help her out. As she ended the call she was sent to the jail sail. She set there looking at the people around her. A few hours had passed she thought maybe they weren't coming to get her out. She stood up."Hey I want a lawyer." She yelled out to the cop sitting there.

"Oh you'll get a lawyer" the grumpy looking guard on watch informed her, flipping through the report on what the arresting officer had found at the crime scene. "But while we're waiting, why don't you just save us all a lot of time and tell us exactly what happened?"

Sam, Dean, and Bobby sat clustered around the rotting table in Rufus' cabin's living room, nearly buried by the stack of books piled there. "I give up" Dean grouched, slamming the one he'd been scouring for hours closed with a puff of dust. "For as long as these things have been around, you'd think someone somewhere would have written about them!" "They've been in purgatory since the dawn of time Dean" Bobby reminded him patiently, turning a page with diligence. "People didn't and still don't know they exist...and I ain't talking 'people' people, I'm talking hunters." "Yeah yeah." Dean sighed heavily and leaned back in his chair. "You got anything yet Sam" he wanted to know without glancing the younger Winchester's direction until silence met his question. Sam was simply sitting in his chair, staring off into space blankly. Dean leaned closer and repeated his brother's name a bit louder and with more purpose. "SAM."

Sam gave a slight start and looked around, distracted. "What, yeah, I'm good." Dean massaged his temples with another heavy sigh. "Oh yeah, you're freaking fantastic" he deadpanned. Sam's smile was strained. "You know what, um...I'm going to take a walk." He rose from his chair, crossing towards where his jacket was slung over the back of a moth eaten chair. "Get some fresh air." Dean sat up a little straighter in his chair. "Do not leave this yard" he ordered, trying and failing to keep the panic from his tone. He was not going to go chasing after Satan-ridden Sam again.

"Dean..." "What Sam" Dean snapped, a little on edge, tired and frustrated with everything going wrong as of late. "I have a voicemail" was the answer Dean was not really expecting. He turned around to see Sam holding up his phone which he must have pulled from his jacket pocket. "From that girl we met a few years back." "You're going to have to be more specific" Dean quipped with a wry smile. "Elizabeth" Sam finished. "She says she was arrested for murder." "Yeah, well what hunter hasn't been" Dean wisecracked, his lips twitching against another wry smile. "We should go help her" Sam suggested, pocketing his phone. "It's only a few hours from here." "Sam...we're kind of in the middle of something" Dean reminded him, gesturing wildly at the pile of books with emphasis. "Not really a good time to drop the ball." "Bobby can keep working it" Sam pointed out, inclining his head at the older hunter. Bobby nodded in return, silently agreeing with the plan. Dean sighed again and rose to his feet. "Alright fine. We get in, we save the day, we get out. No detours." "Done" Sam agreed, shrugging into his jacket. Dean pulled on his own jacket, slipping the Impala's keys from one pocket into his fist. Bobby lifted one hand in a farewell salute. "You boys be careful" he warned affectionately. Dean pulled open the front door with one hand, mimicking Bobby's salute with the other, smiling innocently.

"We always are."

We hunt monsters....you know who does that? Crazy people!

Elizabeth looked at the cop. "I know my rights you can't ask me anything without my lawyer present." She said to the cop. She stepped back from the bars of the jail. She gave a tough girl and look she was going to beat the hell out of her if she comes near her. "So you better get me a lawyer." She yelled out to the cop who seemed to be just a two bit cop. He was fat and bald. She wondered where did her get the right to eat that much. She started to laugh to herself then she remember her cousin tell her watch out what you think. She started to clear her mind. She could sense people looking at her.

"Ok, fine." The cop held up his hands, backing off when Elizabeth shouted at him that she wasn't answering anything without a lawyer present. "Suit yourself. I'm sure your lawyer will be here soon."

"I'm Elizabeth Sullivan's lawyer" Sam announced briskly to the tired looking receptionist at the police station. Without waiting to be invited, he headed for the back rooms where the cells and interrogations rooms were held. "Wait a minute" the receptionist began, looking confused, but Dean sidled his way up to the counter, leaning against it casually, and flashed a charming smile at her. "Well hey there" he greeted, turning on the charm, easily keeping her distracted while Sam continued down the hall.

The police station wasn't too crowded so it wasn't hard to find where Elizabeth was being held. "Good evening, I'm Sam Stiles, Attorney at Law" Sam introduced himself to the cop, extending one hand. "I've been assigned Miss. Sullivan's case." The cop shook Sam's hand warmly. "Good luck. She's a piece of work" he muttered, probably not quietly enough that Elizabeth wouldn't hear it as well. Taking out a set of keys, the cop unlocked Elizabeth's cell and gestured for her to take a seat at the room's only table, a long rectangular one in the middle of the open space. Sam took a seat on the opposite side of the table, doing an excellent job at pretending he'd never seen this girl before in his life. "So Miss. Sullivan, why don't you tell me what happened" he began professionally, keeping one eye on Elizabeth and the other on the cop, waiting for an opportune moment. Sam knew from experience that in police stations, you really only ever got one or two perfect moments to make your move.

And you needed to make them count.

We hunt monsters....you know who does that? Crazy people!

Elizabeth grinned when she saw Sam Winchester dressed as a lawyer. She then glared at the cop as she passed him to sit at the table."Don't I have the right to speak to my lawyer alone without a cop around?" She asked looking over at the cop then back at Sam waiting for a answer. She needed to talk to Sam. She then lean back in her chair. She wasn't about to take a rap for killing a vampire. She then put her legs onto the table. She knew that the cop would try to get her for killing the vampire.
